ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – The Wellsville Regional News page reports that Dusten Rhodes, 30, Bolivar, is facing numerous serious charges for allegedly selling heroin with Fentanyl in it, in the town of Genesee, that led to a fatal overdose last month.
