State Senator George Borrello says, social media companies should set up an alert system so that when someone starts to post a radical violent manifesto about a massive crime being planned, that law enforcement local near that suspect writing the manifesto, are contacted immediately.
Borrello spoke extensively about this on the Newsmaker Show yesterday.
