BATH, NY – State Police report that a 14 year old male at Snell Farms Children’s Center, broke two windows with rocks and sprayed a fire extinguisher around for the fun of it. Troopers say that the 14 year old is also said to have thrown chairs around the facility. The 14 year old boy is facing charges of criminal mischief, 3rd and 4th degree, and he was issued a ticket to appear in family court.
