BATH, NY – Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker is having a press conference at 2:00 on Tuesday, about what he describes as an enterprise corruption case.
The press conference will be held on the steps of the District Attorney’s Office, 3 East Pulteney Square.
The D.A. says that these are about allegations which are said to have happened in four counties in New York State as well as the state of Pennsylvania. The case stems from several multi-month investigations led by the New York State Police, the Steuben County Sheriff’s Dept., the Yates County Sheriff’s Dept., Seneca Falls Police and the Pennsylvania State Police.
