HORNELL, NY – The Hornell Common Council has voted 7 to 2, in favor of selling the Bryant School and make the school building into apartments. Officials say that the two no votes were Jessica Cleveland and Steve Shinebarger. This was the final step, as Hornell voters approved the sale, in May.
