Hornell Mayor John Buckley announced on Saturday that he’s thrilled and excited to be running again for mayor. This will be John Buckley’s third run for the mayor’s job in Hornell. Before his first mayoral run in 2017, Buckley was the 9th Ward Alderman for almost a decade.
About 75 people were there for the announcement, along with Assemblyman Phil Palmesano, Sheriff Jim Allard and other notables.
