Buckley: Public Referendum For Assistant Judge Job

HORNELL, NY – Alderman John Buckley (R, 9th Ward) would like to make a public referendum on making the assistant judge job in Hornell an elected position, as opposed to an appointed one.
Buckley suggested this at the end of last night’s Hornell Common Council meeting.
