Mayor John Buckley orders City flags to be lowered in memory of longtime Chamberlain Tolly Pelych.
“Our community suffered a tremendous loss with the recent passing of Tolly Pelych. Tolly was the definition of a public servant, serving the Maple City as Chamberlain for 44 years. During that time, she served with grace, dignity and always worked for the betterment of Hornell”.
“She will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the Pelych family during this difficult time”.
