HORNELL, NY – Hornell Mayor John Buckley announced this year’s Grand Marshal to lead the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade.
Bob Dwyer, a 4th generation Irishman and longtime Hibernian member and Hornell resident, gets the honor of what has become a long time tradition in Hornell.
The parade kicks of Saturday, March 16th , starting 11am in downtown Hornell.
