Mayor John Buckley is praising the efforts of Chief Ted Murray and the Hornell Police Department for responding to a record amount of calls this past year.
“While dealing with an increasing amount of mental health issues, our Police Department continues to excel and provide outstanding service to City residents.”
The mayor noted that Hornell has the only fully staffed department in the county.
