Hornell Mayor Buckley reminds residents not to smoke or vape near school bus stops.
“Every September, as a new school year begins, we remind residents of the local ordinance prohibiting smoking and vaping at school bus stops in the City of Hornell. As you are waiting with, or for your child at a school bus stop, or simply passing by, please be mindful of the children and refrain from vaping or smoking. The children of our community deserve the safest and best possible environment”.
