HORNELL, NY – Mayor John Buckley is reminding residents that the Common Council passed Local Ordinance 729 banning smoking (including marijuana), vaping and all other tobacco use in our City parks.
“Our beautiful City parks are a place for recreation and exercise and are very busy this time of year. Please be mindful of children and other park goers and refrain from smoking. A little courtesy goes a long way.”
