HORNELL, NY- Hornell mayor John Buckley says that Hornell has set up a warming center as shelter for those who need it at the Arts Center on Broadway in Hornell (The Old Ponderosa building on Broadway).
Hornell Police will give rides to those who need a ride to the warming center per Police Chief Ted Murray call 324-3860 or 9-1-1.
