FROM HORNELL MAYOR JOHN BUCKLEY: “The one-house budgets are in and both the State Senate and Assembly have included increases to AIM and CHIPS funding.
“Both AIM and CHIPS are critical to municipal operations. I’m happy to see both the Senate and Assembly increase these important funding streams in their budgets and hope the Governor will work with the leaders in the legislature to include these increases in the final budget.”
