BUFFALO, NY – The U.S. Attorneys Office out of Western New York reports that the Buffalo shooting suspect Peyton Grendon, pleaded not guilty at 11am this morning. Officials say that the Government has 45 days to turn over discovery to the defense.
A status hearing is scheduled for December 9.
