STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – From Sheriff Jim Allard:
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on April 13, 2021, deputies arrested Serena A. Russell, age 25, of CR 333, Campbell, New York, on Denison Parkway, Corning, New York. It is alleged that Ms. Russell was wanted due to a Superior Court Warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree. It is further alleged that Ms. Russell possessed a quantity of a controlled substance when being booked into the Steuben County Jail. Ms. Russell was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, a Class A Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Introducing Prison Contraband in the Second Degree. Ms. Russell was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail.
