Canisteo Man Accused of Rape and Sexting

CANISTEO, NY – Officials with the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office are reporting that Allen Horton, 29, Canisteo, is charged with rape in the first degree and child endangerment. Officials say that the alleged victim is under 13 years of age, and that sexting is involved. According to the sheriff’s office, illicit photos were emailed to the alleged victim by Horton.
Horton is in Steuben County Jail, $25,000 bail…Canisteo Police also worked on this case with the sheriff’s office.
