HORNELL, NY – State Police report that David Negron, 33, Canisteo, is accused of stealing three catalytic converters from Weitsman Recycling where Negron was an employee.
State Troopers say that Negron confessed to the theft, was charged for petty larceny, and will appear in Hornellsville Court next week.
