Time Warner Cable news reports that 43 year old Carey Gabey, the attorney who worked for Governor Andrew Cuomo, Gabey has been declared brain dead.
Carey Gabey was shot in Brooklyn on September 7th.
Governor Andrew Cuomo says that we are all incredibly saddened and he asks for all New Yorkers to join him in prayers for Carey Gabay.
