ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – The Wellsville Regional News Page reports that two of the three teenage boys who were in the car with Gregory Dunne, 18, Andover, who died in a fatal heroin overdose death in October 2017, two of the three boys, have been charged with and pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide.
