Coming up on December 19th, the state’s climate action council will be announcing their plans for climate change rules for New York State residents and businesses. Assemblyman Phil Palmesano says, he’s opposed. “This plan is going to be released December 19,” Palmesano tells WLEA News. “This is going to have a dramatic affect on our way of life, on how people heat their homes.”
The assemblyman predicts the Climate Action Council will eventually, by 2030, ban natural gas.
