New Assistant Judge For Hornell

HORNELL, NY – The Hornell Common Council has voted on the assistant judge’s position for Hornell City Court, and by a vote of 7 to 2, it’s gone to attorney David Coddington, who will take the place of Judge David Shults.
Hornell Councilmen Jeff Brown and Dan McManus were the no-votes. The assistant judge job pays in the upper 20 thousands.
