BATH, NY – The Steuben County Public Safety Committee meets today. At that meeting, Sheriff Jim Allard will give out commendations to Deputies Josh Day and Jordan Walrath, who both risked their lives on July 2, in trying to save State Trooper Nick Clark. Trooper Clark was shot and killed by a suicidal man that day, in the Steuben County Town of Erwin.
