CANISTEO, NY – The Canisteo Village Board met Tuesday night and heard from a local business owner about parking problems in front of their establishment. After hearing the complaint the board voted to hold a public hearing on June 1, at 6:45pm. The meeting will discuss the possibility of changing the parking regulation to “15 minute parking” along the north side of Greenwood Street from Main Street to the approximate location of the former Meyer Trendz building. The board will then act after public comments.
