Today, Congressman Tom Reed (R, Corning), along with Republican Ian Prior, of the National Republican Campaign Committee, both appeared on the new channel, Newsmax TV today, to discuss the race between Reed and Robertson in the 23rd Congressional District.
Reed talked about his struggle with weight loss, and the use of older photos of him, when the congressman was heavier. Reed, who suffers from diabetes, underwent gastric bypass surgery in February of 2013. Prior spoke of the campaign tactics of the Robertson campaign.
