HORNELL, NY – The Hornell Board of Public Works met Thursday morning at city hall where Mayor Shawn Hogan received an update on the construction of the new Water Pollution control Plant.
The Water Pollution Control plant operator informed the board that the new construction is about 60 % done at this point and the project should be completed around March 2015.
