The National Weather Service issued a statement last Friday night about a Flash Flood Watch for the Corning area. Fortunately, there have been no reports of weekend flooding in Corning, the City or the Town. That information comes from the fire departments for the Corning Fire District, the Corning City Fire Department and Steuben County Emergency Services Director Tim Marshall.
