Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says the 54 year old female murder victim who was died on Wednesday, was the sister of the murder suspect, 59 year old John Marvin Jr.
Also, Billy Larson Jr of the Allegany County Town of Clarksville, he was accused of killing his mother and father in 2019, and he pleaded guilty in October of 2022. The Allegany County Court Clerk says that the court hearing that was going on last week was about sentencing, and the clerk says the hearing was adjourned until April 16 at 9am.
