STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – District Attorney Brooks Baker spoke with reporters in the 11am hour this morning, talking about the August 2017 death of Michelle Neurauter. Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says that a Steuben County Grand Jury handed up indicments today against the 46 year old father Lloyd Neurater and 20 year daughter Karrie, are accused of planning to murder, and killing 45 year old Michelle Neurater, Lloyd’s wife and Karrie’s mother. The D.A. also alleges that it was afterwards made to look like a suicide.
