Dansville Man Accused of Choking Incident

DANSVILLE, NY – Dansville Police are reporting that John Chasey, 29, of Dansville, is accused of choking his female roommate with a charging cord.
She survived, and Chasey was remanded to Livingston County Jail, $7500 bail, after being charged with strangulation in the 2nd degree. Chasey is also accused of being in possession of amphetamines and other pills.
