STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – Steuben County Democratic Chairman Shawn Hogan says that Monroe County Democrat Barbara Baer is in the race for the Joe Errigo seat in the State Assembly. Baer will face off the GOP winner of the September 13th primary (Assemblyman Joe Errigo or Marjorie Byrnes.) Barbara Baer is an attorney and social worker, who ran in the 2016 race to succeed Assemblyman Bill Nojay in the 133rd Assembly District.
