ALBANY, NY – Empire Report New York and Mid Hudson news are reporting that there might be a possible change to the state’s Move Over law – the state might add to the list of reasons to pull over, disabled vehicles.
Right now it’s law enforcement and emergency vehicles that you have to pull over for.
