During the investigation officers arrested Cassandra L. Lynch (Age 34) of Malta Ave in Ballston Spa, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Harassment in the 2nd Degree and a Jeffrey S. Ray (Age 58) of Russell Street in Canisteo, NY for Assault in the 3rdDegree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Aggravated Harassment in the 2″‘ Degree. Lynch was released on appearance tickets to appear in Canisteo Village Court at a later date and time. Ray was transported to the Steuben County Jail awaiting Centralized Arraignment Procedures.
