Weather permitting, on Friday, August 22, the second course of paving on State Route 961F will begin from the intersection with State Route 70 in the Town of Burns, Allegany County, and continue approximately 5.1 miles toward the Village of Arkport, in the Town of Hornellsville, Steuben County. Traffic will be maintained with a one-lane, two-way traffic pattern controlled by flag persons.
