Hornell Department of Public Works Chief Mitch Cornish says, please have your vehicles off the streets this afternoon, as there is an upcoming snow storm. Cornish also says, this is not a mandate, but a request, as it would be very helpful to the snow plowers, if you have your vehicles removed from Hornell streets today.
