STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – The Corning Leader reports that Caton Town Supervisor Lynn Tucker, is accused of selling marijuana. Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says the investigation into marijuana sales took them in the direction of the Caton Supervisor, and according to Baker, that was something he did not expect.
