State Police say that Nicholas Crawn, 27, Elmira, was pulled over in Angelica and found to have about 184 grams of Marijuana on him.
Troopers say Crawn was issued an appearance ticket for Angelica Town Court.

Elmira man arrested for marihuana possession in Angelica. On November 26, 2019, SP Amity Troopers arrested Nicholas J. Crawn, 27, of Elmira, NY for Criminal Possession of a Marihuana 4th Degree. During a traffic stop on Interstate 86 in the town of Angelica, Crawn, the driver, was found to be in possession of approximately 184 grams of marijuana. Crawn was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Angelica Town Court, where he is due to appear in December.
