Details of the Incident: On Tuesday September 21, the Canisteo Village Police Department arrested Jacklyn L. Walker (Age 36) of Foster Road in Tioga, Pennsylvia for Criminal Possesion of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd Degree and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree. This arrest stemmed from an incident in October of 2020 where Walker gave law enforcement a false name and information in regards to a narcotic arrest. Walker was released on appearance tickets to appear in Canisteo Village Court ata later date and time.
