HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police have charged Joauqin Irizarry, 47, and Danielle Stever, 32, both of Greeley Avenue Hornell, with possession of crack cocaine and marijauna.
Hornell police say the drugs were packaged for street sale and that there were packaging materials, scales and money at the scene of the arrest. The Steuben County District Attorney’s office, State Police and the Sheriff’s office assisted Hornell Police in the investigation.
