ANDOVER, NY – The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office is reporting the arrest of Joshua Williams, 28, of Andover.
The charges are:
– Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 5th Degree
– Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the 3rd Degree
– Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree
– Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degreefficials with the sheriff’s department say that Williams is accused of selling illegal narcotics and marijuana to an agent of the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit in the Village of Wellsville.
