HORNELL, NY – The Hornell School’s FB page, put up a statement that says that the Hornell Intermediate School is being dismissed early today because of a small classroom fire. Officials say that the small classroom fire was quickly contained and extinguished, but because of smoke filling the hallways, school is being dismissed early today.
Intermediate School students are being transported to Hornell High School. School officials will coordinate with parents to get the students home.
