The Wellsville Daily and WIVB report, that Allegany County Town of Amity farmer Charles Bares, is objecting to the Allegany County IDA officials who want to use Eminent Domain, to give much of his farm land to a Town of Cuba company. Supporters of the project say, more than 200 jobs will be created.
