Evacuation In Steuben County Town of Erwin’s Corning Inc Facility

The Corning Leader reports that the Town of Erwin’s Sullivan Park, a Corning Incorporated facility, was evacuated yesterday, due to what was described as a suspicious plastic canister that was found.
The Leader also reports that after the evacuation, the canister turned out to be empty.
