Hornell attorney Paul Argentieri says that on September 3, Paul Ceglia’s legal team will file an appeal to the Supreme Court.
Ceglia’s attorneys are appealing to get the original case of Ceglia verses Facebook, which was filed back in 2010, back in court.
Ceglia vs. Facebook was dismissed in March of 2014. Ceglia claims that he owns Facebook. The Wellsville native disappeared (along with several members of his family).
