CANISTEO, NY – A farming accident in the Town of Canisteo has claimed the life of a Canisteo resident. Officials with the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department report that Kenneth Quick, 67, was operating a tractor on his property on Monday afternoon, when the tractor overturned and slid over an embankment.
Quick was pronounced dead at the scene.
