An investigation is underway into a fatal two-vehicle crash in Livingston County on Thursday afternoon.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports that Karen Blanke, 63, from Pavilion, died in the incident, while the second driver, Jennifer Regatuso, 31, of Dansville, sustained minor injuries. The accident happened on State Route 63 in the Town of York.
