ABC Radio News reports that FBI Director James Comey released a statement today saying that the FBI is going to continue the previously closed investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails from her time as secretary of state. “In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation,” Comey wrote in a letter released today.
Newly discovered emails that have prompted an FBI review were discovered in an investigation of Anthony Weiner, law enforcement sources tell ABC News.
