At 1:05 p.m. Canisteo fire/ems and the South Hornell Fire Department were dispatched to 999 Ells Road in Hartsville for a house fire. Owner said the house had already burned to the ground. According to Steuben County tax records, the $121,200 home is owned by Bill Pullman Trust etal, Sinking Springs PA. The only remaining active fire was coming from a gas source.
