BATH, NY – Five Steuben County employees were recognized by the county Legislature Hilary Graham for her 10 years of service. Brendan Smalt for his 15 years of service. Department Social Services Commissioner Teresa Stever, who is retiring after 32 years. Kim Gotshall, who is retiring after 30 years service. Also, Becky Shoemaker was honored, for her 25 years of service.
