Former Rochester Police Chief LaRon Singletary, Rochester Mayor Malik Evans and many other Monroe county officials, are speaking out about the mysterious death of a retired Rochester police officer. WHEC reports that former RPD officer William Booker, was in a car accident Sunday morning in Rochester. Then, after the accident, someone came up to booker’s car and shot him to death. That was on Jefferson avenue.
